Hodgson Brothers LLP is a Property Consultancy founded in 2006 by Christopher Hodgson who trained in London and during his early career gained experience of building design, planning, development, surveying and, in particular, the commercial property market.
Hodgson Brothers deal with the restoration and management of commercial and residential property for Lincolnshire based family companies and Trusts.
The firm is also involved in project coordination and the development of new technology for the property industry.

Christopher Hodgson qualified in 1971 as a Chartered Surveyor and established a commercial department for the Lincolnshire firm of Earl & Lawrence in the same year.
He oversaw development of the department over the following 15 years with the addition of branches in London, Nottingham and Grimsby.
In 1986 he became Area Commercial Director of Prudential Commercial Property Services before leading a management buy-out in 1990 on the formation of Hodgson Elkington.
Christopher Hodgson is now Senior Partner in Hodgson Brothers LLP.

Richard Hodgson joined the firm in 2015 to assist with property management, IT development and administration of the Charitable organisations supported by Hodgson Brothers. Work with the third sector has become an increasingly important aspect of the firm’s activities and led to development of NFC enabled brass and ceramic Heritage plaques in conjunction with an audio visual heritage trail, believed to be the first of its kind in the UK.
